What We Can Work On Together
Body: 90% of disease orginates from the gut. You will learn how to make your gut happy from the Ayurvedic perspective to prevent disease happening and be living from a position of growth vs suffering. Additionally you will learn how to overcome symptoms of all kinds. Thus, preventing the manifestation of complicated pathological changes in your anatomy and physiology. If you have a chronic illness you will find these classes also very beneficial.
Digestive issues (Gas, constipation, acidity, heaviness, pain, loose stool, lack of appetite, weight gain) are all signs of a diminished gut health.
Mind: Through understanding the layers of the mind from the Yogic perspective and practices, you will be then better equiped to cope with emotional distress. Anxiety, depression, burnout, fear, excessive self-criticism, anger and overthinking. We develop clarity.
Awareness: When we are aware, we work at not over complicating as simplicity is key. Our reactions lead us to suffer always, as we are in a conditioned response. Unconscious pattterns are often unseen. With this work, we start to uncover and move towards peace, as we move away from mundane existence.
Through Ayurveda, Yogic Practices and Philosophy you have better chances of navigating your life in ways that you deeply desire. You can start to experience your innate nature which is bliss.
