I have spent years researching these words. I gained a BSc, an MSc, and multiple other qualifications, along with profound practical and experiential experiences, to vouch for the fact that peace is your deepest and unchanging nature.
It is 100% true!
Only the bad habits, the incompatible foods, or your dimmed intelligence are stopping you from living your best life.
You can feed your taste buds and all your other senses in ways that increase your mental state and your health.

But like most things, you have to see and experience for yourselves. Then faith occurs!
Within every cell of you, there is awareness that is pure and beautiful. It is your nature, and you owe it to yourself to own it. No one can give you that inner happiness; it takes self-care and your focus to reach that destination.
Anti-depressants do not cure bad habits, which are responsible for an out-of-balance nature. I was there myself over 25 years ago, and I changed my daily life and began to grow, organically and beautifully.
The more you move in a direction that brings you to your natural state, the lighter, more motivated and more creative you become. Your Intuition and intelligence will naturally kick in and start guiding your choices.
This life is a journey, and there are no quick fixes. Those quick fixes that numb or sedate your mood only keep you from your peace.
This is grounded truth, not airy-fairy stuff!
The more awareness you have, the more you can give back and become a valuable member of society.
