Live for the change that you want

hi, My name is Tina

I am an Ayurvedic Practitioner,
Chef, and Pranayama Teacher

As an Alternative Healthcare Professional, I profoundly understand the ancient wisdom of Eastern sciences.

I am here to enlighten with wisdom that aligns mind, body, and spirit so that we can grow into a balanced state of being.

At the heart of my unique program, we delve into the essence of our individuality. While we may share common emotions, feelings, and thoughts, yet, we each have our distinct path in this world. This understanding is instrumental in breaking free from repetitive patterns that lead to suffering, as we realize that what works for others may not necessarily be beneficial for us.

With these new ideas, we can then use a medicine bag, which is always with us and can be used at any place or time.

Ways to learn with me

The taster sessions

If you’re looking for a change or a fresh perspective in your body and mind, these introductory sessions are your stepping stones to personal growth and empowerment.

Find peace with our vital life force – the breath.

Over 8 weeks, you’ll gain valuable insights and practical techniques to navigate life’s challenges, maintain calm, and purify your mind, all through the power of your breath.

A Life with Ayurveda

Embark on an 8-week journey, with one-hour sessions each week, to explore the profound benefits of Ayurveda. This way, we can get the daily symptoms out of the way. This life knowledge is about helping us prevent the manifestation of disease. Which, in turn, then frees us up our minds of worry, so we can focus on other matters that really make a difference.

Breath and Ayurveda together

Applying both these sciences to learn together is highly recommended.

We are here to learn and grow together.

During and after the programs, participants can ask questions, give feedback about their experiences, and stay connected with others.

Igniting our inner knowing

One step in a new direction can take us down a life path, that is beyond our wildest imagination.
