A Holistic Approach to Reducing NHS Burden Through Mind-Body, Awareness  Medicine

  • 7.62 million people are waiting for treatment

  • Median waiting times have nearly doubled after the pandemic

  • 25% of absences alone are linked to stress and mental health conditions

  • Chronic illness is spiralling out of control

  • Only 5% of healthcare funding is spent on bringing awareness of causation of disease

  • Key workers are leaving NHS

  • Families, friends and communities all being hit by the diseases of others

  • Over use and side effects of daily use Over The Counter Drugs and Prescriptions causing suppression of mental and emotional urges to become motivated to live a better life

  • Unfocused, overworked, burnt out staff, where morals are low

I have worked as a carer in the community, so I know fully the strain on caregivers to meet the needs of the growing sick nation.

I have seen on countless occasions, how patients heal, feel safe, and stabilise emotionally, mentally, and physically when they are getting full attention.

Informed Choices of all Healthcare Systems is a Necessity

The Solution: Holistic Preventative Healthcare

What is Ayurveda?

Ayurvedic Medicine is one of the oldest documented medical systems in the world, a continuous living practice spanning over 5,000 years. In comparison to modern medicine (around 200 years old), Ayurveda offers time-tested wisdom about what makes us sick and miserable versus what helps us thrive and be at peace

Ayurveda has adopted sister sciences: Yoga, Meditation and Pranayama and Philosophy, for bringing about heightened states of awareness.

The Solution: Holistic Preventative Healthcare

A great opportunity for all people, hangs in the balance!

Great minds from different healthcare systems, collaborating together for the benefit of mankind.

We need to be sincerely honest in acknowledging and celebrating the strengths and weaknesses of Ayurveda and Modern Medicine.

If we are in a serious accident, we go to A&E, or maybe surgery or other life saving treatments. If we are suffering with chronic health and want to change this; or want to maintain our health and wellness, Ayurveda is a great place to start.

Lets together create Trust, Connection and a Stable future.

I know hand on heart, healthier individuals create a more harmonious society. When people become empowered, they want to give back to society.

A Personal Commitment

I want to be clear about my motivation. Growing up in Liverpool, I've seen the deprivation first hand. I've also lived in communities that felt like heaven. The defining difference? Knowledge - specifically, knowledge of how to become self-aware and take care of ourselves.

I believe in equality and that everyone has the right to be informed of all healthcare options available. Most people cannot afford to pay for this life-changing knowledge privately. That's why I'm committed to working within the NHS framework.

As Joe Dispenza noted, the average person uses only 5% of their brain's potential. My programmes inspire people to tap into that unused capacity, transforming not just their health but their entire life perspective.
